Located in Bonfim, Porto, the coworking space transforms a former three-storey factory into a flexible hub for a creative community.
The renovation preserved its industrial character while upgrading infrastructure, creating workspaces, meeting rooms, acoustic solutions, and custom furniture.
A shared garden, communal areas, and improved circulation connect the building’s different functions and encourage work, interaction, and community.
